Main Dining Room w/Annex and Main Dining Room w/Annex and Auditorium
Six (6) hour total time: this includes five (5) hour event and one (1) hour tear down. Please see Facilities Coordinator to make decorating arrangements. Two (2) hours of set-up time on the day of event are allotted.

All Other Rooms plus Annex Only Rentals
Five (5) hour total time, this includes Four (4) hour event and 30 minutes total for decorating and 30 minutes for teardown. Additional time will be charged at $50 per hour. If additional time is needed, see the Facilities Coordinator.

All Rentals Include

• Tables and chairs
• Teardown and clean-up after event
• Piano and sound system
• Police officer on duty during event
• A fee of $250 per hour is charged if rental exceeds allotted time.

Special pricing is available for weekday (Monday-Thursday) rentals. See Facilities Coordinator for pricing details.

Special Rates
A 10% discount is available for members of the Wichita Scottish Rite.

Damage Deposit
A damage deposit of $500 is required with the final payment of the rental fee at least thirty (30) days prior to date contracted by the renter. This deposit will be refunded as determined by the Facility Coordinator. The refund check will be mailed approximately two (2) weeks after the event.

Insurance
The Wichita Scottish Rite is a historical building and each renter must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance totaling $1,000,000 (one million) and we must have this thirty (30) days prior to event date. Please see the Facilities Coordinator with any questions.

Catering
The Wichita Scottish Rite has an open door catering policy. However, catering arrangements must be approved by the Facilities Coordinator at least seven (7) days prior to the event. Clean up of the kitchen is the responsibility of the caterer and/or the rental party. A clean up check list will be provided.

Alcohol

• Open Bar Licensed Bartender is required.
• Cash Bar Licensed Bartender is required along with a Mobil Liquor License.
• Use of Keg Cooler Keg cooler rental required for kegs brought to the Wichita Scottish Rite. $50 for up to four (4) kegs; $75 for five (5) kegs and up. See the Facilities Coordinator for arrangements.

Parking
Free parking is available after 5:00 P.M. on weekdays and anytime on weekends in the lot directly North of the Center and/or in the metered slots on the street. Other paid parking is available, please refer to map below. The Northeast entrance is handicap accessible and an elevator is available.

Smoking
The Wichita Scottish Rite is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is permitted outside the building in designated areas at least twenty-five feet from entrance.

Bride & Groom Showering on Departure
Throwing of rice, glitter or other non-biodegradable items is not permitted. Soap bubbles or bird seed may be used outside of the building only and must be distributed outside of the building.

Rental Dates
Rental Dates are first come, first serve. A date can be held upon request for one (1) week at no charge. A signed contract along with a non-refundable deposit is required when renting the Wichita Scottish Rite Center. The balance of the contract and damage deposit of $500 is to be paid in full, thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled event or at the time the contract is signed if the event is scheduled to occur with in less than thirty (30) days.
