Rates include:

  1. Set-up by Wichita Scottish Rite staff
  2. Main Dinning Room w/Annex and Main Dinning Room w/Annex and Auditorium
    • Six (6) hour total time - (five (5) hour event, one (1) hour tear down)
    • Two (2) hours free included for decorations. Additional time will be charged at $100 per hour. If additional decorating time is needed see the Facilities Coordinator.
    • All Other Rooms plus Annex Only Rentals
    • Four (4) hour event time, one (1) hour total free for decorating (30 min), and teardown (30 min). Additional time will be charged at $50 per hour. If additional decorating time is needed see the Facilities Coordinator.
  3. Tables and chairs provided
  4. Tear down and clean up after event
  5. Piano and sound system
  6. Police officer on duty for the event

Catering
The Wichita Scottish Rite has an open door catering policy. Catering arrangements must be approved by the Facilities Coordinators at least seven (7) days prior to the event. Clean up of the kitchen will be the responsibility of the caterer and/or the rental party.

Alcoholic Beverages

  • Open Bar – Bartender is required, preferably licensed
  • Cash Bar – Licensed bartender is required along with a Mobile Liquor License.
  • Use of Keg Cooler – Cost $50 for up to four (4) kegs, $75 for five (5) and up. See the Facilities Coordinator for arrangements.

Rental Dates
Rental dates are first come, first serve. The holding of a specific date is available upon request for one (1) week at no charge. A signed contract along with a non-refundable deposit is required when renting the Wichita Scottish Rite Center. The balance of the contract and damage deposit of $500.00 is to be paid in full thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled event or at the time the contract is signed if the event is scheduled to occur in less than thirty (30) days.
